Ashish Ahuja is a global technology leader shaping the future of digital infrastructure. With three decades of experience

spanning the US, UK, Europe, India, APAC, the Middle East, and Africa, he has built, scaled, and transformed critical networks

powering modern connectivity - from subsea cables and hyperscale data centers to cloud platforms and carrier networks.

As Founder & CEO of Sloka Partners, Ashish leads a global network of CXO-level experts advising investors, digitalinfrastructure

operators, and cloud innovators on high-stakes strategic and technical decisions. His work spans data center

strategy, hyperscale rollouts, Infrastructure-as-a-Service models, subsea programs, and large-scale investment planning for

emerging markets.

Previously, Ashish held transformative leadership roles including Director - Infrastructure at Google and CTO at CtrlS

Datacenters, along with senior positions at Orange (formerly France Telecom) and Tata Communications. He helped build

Google’s Global Network Infrastructure, led multi-billion-dollar investments including building data center PoPs, fiber

infrastructure, various cable systems including IAX and MIST cable systems, and pioneered the Managed Optical Fiber

Network (MOFN) model (now industry standard for hyperscalers).

Ashish holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and a master’s in marketing management. He is a frequent

speaker at global industry forums including DCD, Submarine Networks World, PTC, Capacity Middle East, Capacity Asia,

Telecoms World Asia etc.and is an active advisor to leaders shaping the next decade of digital infrastructure.
