Bo’s career is a testament to industry leadership and internal growth; he began his journey on the front lines in 1997 as a ground hand for a Dycom subsidiary, Ervin Cable Construction, LLC. Over the next 26 years, he rose through the ranks of operational leadership including serving as Vice President of Operations before transitioning to the Dycom corporate team as Vice President of Strategy.
