Henrique Souza has 15 years of experience advising telecommunications and private equity clients on strategy, transformation and transactions. Mr. Souza specializes in digital infrastructure (data centers, fiber and towers) and commercial strategy, leading engagements worldwide.

Mr. Souza has led numerous strategy engagements for telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) companies, guiding market entry and expansion, commercial excellence, network and growth strategies. He has also coordinated enterprise-wide transformation programs for major telecommunications groups, identifying billions of dollars in cost-saving opportunities.

Additionally, Mr. Souza has advised private equity firms on digital infrastructure investments and supported telecom companies in carving out their assets to private equity and strategic partners.

Mr. Souza leads the FTI Consulting Data Center cross-segment collaboration in North America, uniting deep industry expertise (data centers, construction and energy and renewables) with functional capabilities (tax, M&A, real estate, ESG and cybersecurity and IT).

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Souza worked as a strategy consultant in Telefónica’s corporate strategy team and at Monitor Group. Mr. Souza is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
