Kevin Coyne

President and COO , HyperLink Infrastructure

Kevin is a co-founder of HyperLink Infrastructure and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, guiding the company’s end-to-end execution across sales, network engineering, construction, service delivery, and operational strategy. Kevin brings more than two decades of experience scaling mission-critical fiber infrastructure for hyperscale workloads, enterprise networks, and high-density compute environments.

Prior to HyperLink, Kevin was a senior leader and founding member of FiberLight, where he helped grow the organization from an early-stage regional builder into a national fiber provider. He later served as CEO of Summit Broadband, where he led network expansion initiatives across Florida’s enterprise, wholesale, and public-sector markets.
